Return and Refund Policy

Because our shirts are printed on demand, each item is made specifically for your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the situation.

Size Issues

Please check the size guide before ordering. Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges if the wrong size was selected.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order ships, delivery timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us and we will review the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong location, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.
